Voor een nieuwbouwhuis in Amsterdam kregen we samen met vtwonen de vraag om sfeer en samenhang te brengen in een grote, open ruimte.

De basis was strak en licht, maar voelde leeg en miste karakter. Daarom kozen we voor royale meubels die passen bij de hoogte en breedte van de ruimte. Zo ontstond een duidelijke zithoek rond de haard en tv.

Met warme tinten, een zachtroze muur in de keuken en subtiele gouden accenten brachten we beide woonstijlen samen tot één geheel. Door functies helder te organiseren, zoals een afgesloten werkplek met glazen wand, voelt het huis nu persoonlijk, rustig en in balans.

For a newly built home in Amsterdam we received the request, together with vtwonen Weer Verliefd op je Huis, to bring atmosphere and cohesion to a large open space.

The base was clean and light but felt empty and lacked character. We chose large-scale furniture that fits the space's height and width. This created a clear seating area around the fireplace and TV.

​

With warm tones, a soft pink wall in the kitchen and subtle gold accents we combined both living styles into one whole. By organizing functions clearly, such as a separate workspace with a glass wall, the home now feels personal, calm and balanced.
